Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MobAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our software.

2. Description of Service

MobAI is a desktop application that provides mobile device automation infrastructure through a local HTTP API and MCP server. The software enables AI coding agents and developers to control Android and iOS devices programmatically.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MobAI for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription tier:

  • •Free Tier: 1 device, 100 API calls per day, online connection required
  • •Plus Tier: 1 device, unlimited API calls, online connection required
  • •Pro Tier: Unlimited devices, unlimited API calls, 7-day offline mode, up to 3 machines per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Use MobAI for any unlawful purpose
  • •Attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions
  • •Share your account credentials with others
  • •Reverse engineer or modify the software
  • •Use MobAI to violate app store terms of service
  • •Automate devices without proper authorization

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Plus and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Dodo Payments (Pro also offers annual billing). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to Dodo Payments' refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

MobAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Software

MobAI incorporates open-source components including WebDriverAgent (BSD License). These components are subject to their respective licenses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MobAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
